Pauline V. Kaczor, CPA, MBA graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saint Francis University. She also graduated with Honors from Rider University earning her Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1985. Pauline has also received the Certificate of Educational Achievement from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for completing the Institute’s series of advanced courses regarding Individual Financial and Tax Planning.

As a truly dedicated professional, she continually sharpens her skills by taking courses dealing with the evolving accounting environment, changes in the tax laws, tax planning, estate planning and other financial topics. In addition, Pauline has given several continuing education programs to her colleagues at the University of Central Florida and is a guest speaker on a local radio show, WDBO. Pauline has been a tax advisor to a wide variety of clients including a state governor, corporate executives, and numerous entrepreneurs.

Before starting her own professional services firm in 1990, she worked seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and two years with the State of New Jersey. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Pauline worked as an auditor, consultant, and tax supervisor. Being in all of these various areas is very unique. For the State of New Jersey, Pauline was one of two state procurement officers for professional services over $1 million.
